The Al & Ann Stohlman Awards for Achievement in Leathercraf are prestigious international leathercraft awards that recognize and honor the achievement of leatherworkers - both adult and youth - for promoting and advancing the leatherworking industry by their leatherwork, teaching the craft and willingness to share.

The Al Stohlman Award was created in 1980. In 1983, Paul Burnett was selected as the first recipient. Bill and Dorothea Reis took the Award to the next level in 1994 by creating the Al Stohlman Award Foundation. Since then, the Award has been presented 37 more times. The Award is comprised of an engraved medallion (with a likeness of Al on the front), buy zopiclone a certificate signed by the Foundation Board Members and a cash award.

In 1994, the Ann Stohlman Youth Award for Achievement in Leathercraft was added for the Award Foundation to recognize worthy young people who have not reached 19 years of age who are involved with the craft of leather. The Youth award is comprised of an engraved medallion (with a likeness of Ann on the front), a certificate signed by the Foundation board members and a cash award. Since its inception, the Foundation has been privileged to present 35 deserving youths with this honor!
